Hours: Office and Early Intervention Program -- Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm
  • Preschool program -- Monday to Friday 9:15 am - 11:45 am
  • Kindergarten program -- Monday to Thursday 1:15 pm - 3:30 pm

Eligibility: Preschool program -- children 2-4 years
  • diagnosed developmentally delayed
  • Down Syndrome and other chromosome abnormalities
  • cerebral palsy, other motor delays
  • cognitive, neurological, visual, auditory impairments
  • also delays due to unknown causes
Kindergarten program -- children 5-6 years with special needs
Early Intervention Program -- children birth-6 years with any of the conditions listed above, as well as infants at risk for developmental delay due to low birth weight
How to apply: Referral by parents or professionals
Fees: Preschool program $495 per month, transportation $200 per month
  • Kindergarten program $395 per month, no transportation

  • child care subsidies may be available from City of Toronto

Service description: Preschool program -- integrated nursery school program
  • curriculum covers gross motor and fine motor skills, play and learning, speech and language, early self care, social development and music
Kindergarten program -- curriculum adapted to meet the individual child's needs
  • adheres to the Toronto District School Board's Kindergarten Curriculum
Early Intervention Program -- in-home service designed for infants and children who have a delay in two or more areas of development and for their families
  • participates in Ministry of Children and Youth Services Toronto Region's coordinated services system
Baby Group -- weekly parent/baby resource and activity program for babies with special needs
