    Information and referral --
  • on shelters, social services and other services
  • Housing Support Program -- assists individuals in accessing permanent housing
  • Alcoholics Anonymous -- every Sunday, 2 pm at 14 Vaughan Rd
  • Na-Me-Res Travelling Directory -- directory of outreach and social services

    Gimme Shelter Program --
  • van delivers services to homeless persons who require assistance in making the transition away from street life, Monday to Friday 7 am-3 pm (Victoria Park Ave-Roncesvalles Ave; Queen St-Lake Ontario)
  • informal counselling
  • case management
  • distributes Na-Me-Res Travelling Directory
  • provide transportation to detox centres and Out Of The Cold programs (may provide transport to other shelters)

    Mobile Housing Outreach --
  • van delivers services to homeless persons who require assistance in order to obtain housing, Monday to Friday 3 pm-11 pm (City of Toronto)
  • housing assistance also provided at shelters or Out of the Cold programs

    Shelter Access Program --
  • van delivers direct transportation to shelters in the City of Toronto for intake, Monday to Sunday 7 pm-3 am

    Street Help Outreach Program --
  • van delivers services to homeless persons, Monday to Sunday 2:30 pm-10:30 pm (City of Toronto)
  • distribute food, sleeping bags and blankets, clothing, personal hygienic items, undergarments -- depends on availability of supplies
  • referrals and transportation for homeless persons who request placement in shelters or detox, rehabilitation, harm reduction and other medical facilities
