  • Restoring Family Links -- tracing and reunion of family members after separation due to war, internal conflict, natural disaster, death or illness
  • Humanitarian Issues Program (HIP) -- promotes humanitarian values and international humanitarian law
  • Settlement services -- assistance to refugee claimants
  • Disaster Management -- assistance to individuals and community groups in emergencies and disasters, including fire victims

  • First aid services -- basic and advanced first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training
