• Delegate Program -- deploys workers to areas in need
• Restoring Family Links -- tracing and reunion of family members after separation due to war, internal conflict, natural disaster, death or illness
• Humanitarian Issues Program (HIP) -- promotes humanitarian values and international humanitarian law

• Settlement services --
• assistance to refugee claimants

• Disaster services --
• assistance to individuals and community groups in emergencies and disasters, including fire victims
• emergency preparedness training
• emergency shelter management

• First aid services --
• basic and advanced first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training
• teaches prevention, recognition and management of medical emergencies
• programs include Vital Link, First Responder
• $35-$425 fee
• Babysitting Program -- teaches young people babysitting skills including first aid and keeping children's environment safe
• $40 fee
